Warranty

At online-socks.com you always have a warranty on your purchases. Even though we work with quality products, sometimes something can still go wrong with an item. For example: The finishing of the product is not correct There is a smaller product inside than indicated on the packaging The item comes out of the packaging damaged
Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen, but the product will always be properly reimbursed by us. If there is something wrong with a product, please contact our customer service immediately for proper handling. We may ask you to send a photo so we can take a good look at it. We will then immediately check whether this falls under the warranty and whether we can reimburse it.

Packaging

Our products are well packaged nowadays, and you will notice this when you receive your goods. As a tip, we recommend removing the packaging using scissors. If you open the packaging by pulling or tearing it, the items may become damaged and will no longer be covered by the warranty. That would be very unfortunate and a waste.

Tights

Always check tights carefully for damage or irregularities before putting them on. If something is wrong, report it to us immediately. Unfortunately, tights that show signs of wear can never be reimbursed. This is always a difficult topic, as tights simply do not last forever.

Socks
Almost all of our socks are packaged and provided with plastic tags. When opening the packaging, these can cause the most damage. Therefore, always remove the packaging using scissors and NEVER tear it open by hand. This can create small round holes, after which we can no longer provide a warranty. Socks are made on a cylinder and are circularly knitted. When this process is interrupted, the sock is no longer suitable and is recycled. The warranty therefore only applies to the finished parts, such as the toes, cuff, and heel. Lastly, we would like to advise you to always wash socks before wearing them. This makes the product stronger and will therefore extend its lifespan.
