Shipping of orders

Sokken-online.nl ships directly from its own stock in order to dispatch your order as quickly as possible – often on the same day. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, shipping on the same day may not be possible. Therefore, we do not promise: ordered today, delivered tomorrow. However, we do ensure that your package is shipped within 1 to 2 working days.

Your order will be delivered by one of our shipping partners: DHL, PostNL, Bpost or Deutsche Post. You will always receive a Track & Trace code that allows you to follow your order until delivery. Depending on the size of the order, you will receive either a mailbox package or a regular parcel.

Track and Trace
Every order is provided with a Track & Trace code. As soon as your package has been registered with DHL, Bpost or Deutsche Post, you will receive a tracking link by email. The packages are collected from our warehouse in Deurne in the evening and are scanned once they are included in the carrier’s sorting process. Have you not received a Track & Trace after 48 hours? Please contact our customer service. We will gladly look into it for you.

Delivery to a Pickup Point
Would you prefer to collect your order at a pickup location of DHL, PostNL, Bpost or Deutsche Post? No problem, you can simply choose a Pickup Point during checkout.

Note:
If a package is refused or not collected from a service point, it will automatically be returned. In that case, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This only applies when the return shipment is not the result of an error on our part.
