Oops…..We would rather not have you reading this, but you are probably not satisfied with the size or the quality of the ordered product.
Of course, we find that very unfortunate and will do everything we can to handle your order properly. You happy, we happy!
The product you ordered from us can always be returned or exchanged without giving a reason.
But as you may understand, there are a few conditions attached to this.
If you prefer to exchange the purchase, that is of course also possible and we will send the desired item to you again free of charge. Please check the conditions at online-socks.com/customer-support
Conditions
– You have a 30-day reflection period for purchases made with us.
– The item must not show signs of wear and/or must not have been worn.
– Packaging must not be missing, damaged and/or torn.
– Always use a Track & Trace code (also for a mailbox package)
– Include the packing slip or invoice.
– Tights that have visibly been removed from the packaging will not be processed and unfortunately will not be refunded.
– Underwear will not be exchanged for hygienic reasons unless the item is unworn.
Do I need to contact you first before returning?No, you do not need to contact us. However, we kindly ask you to include the invoice, packing slip, or a written note clearly stating your address details with the package. This is the only way we can properly process your return.
Return costs
It is important to know that returning items is always at your own expense, unless we have sent a defective item.
In that case, it is advisable to contact us first for a free return.
That is why it is important to check whether your return fits in a mailbox package or not, as this can make a big difference in costs. Otherwise, shipping may incur unnecessarily high costs, which would be a shame.
Tips for returning
As you know, you can always return your purchases and you may do so with any carrier you prefer.
It is useful to know that you can save a lot of money by choosing the right carrier and shipping method.
For example, a mailbox package is often much cheaper than a regular shipment and can reduce costs by up to half.
Returns are always at your own risk, so make sure you keep the shipping receipt (Track and Trace code).
This allows you to track the package yourself and prevents misunderstandings.
When will I receive my refund
We always process refunds within 14 working days after receiving your return and we do not send a notification when it is delivered to us. That is what the T&T code is for. The amount will automatically be refunded to the account used to pay for the order. This is handled by Pay, our payment platform, and will appear in your account within 1 to 2 working days after you receive the credit note by email. If, after returning items, the remaining purchase amount falls below €59, we will charge €5.95 for the standard shipping costs that are normally applied to the order.
Note:
If a package is refused or not collected from a service point, it will automatically be returned. In that case, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This only applies when the return shipment is not the result of an error on our part.
