When will my order be delivered?

In most cases, your order will be offered to a shipping partner the same day. Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 business days.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually shipped the same business day. If an item is out of stock, it will be delivered as soon as possible.

My package hasn't been delivered yet, what should I do?

First check with your neighbors to see if the delivery person left the package there. Otherwise, please contact customer service: info@sokken-online.nl.

When will I receive my Track & Trace code?

Once the package has been collected and scanned in the evening, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. Didn't receive an email within 48 hours? Contact us.

What if an item is no longer available or temporarily sold out?

Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an item is sold out and has a delivery time. You will be informed of this immediately and asked if you would like to wait. If this is not the case, we will always try to offer our customers a suitable solution.

I want to place an order with a different delivery address, is that possible?

Yes, you can easily specify a different delivery address during checkout.

Are the items shipped in an environmentally friendly way?

That's actually quite difficult for an online store. You're always tied to third parties over whom you have no control. However, we do try to be as cooperative as possible. That's why our packages are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging made of recycled brown cardboard boxes. This way, we try to minimize our impact on the environment.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?

If a product is not to your liking, you can return it within 30 days without giving a reason. Please note that the return costs are always at your own expense, but the total purchase price will be refunded as indicated by the Buyer Protection policy. The address on the package is also the return address. How you send your return package is entirely up to you. However, always provide a Track & Trace code to avoid any misunderstandings. Tip: try to return the item in a letterbox-sized package. This can save you a lot of money!

Can I exchange my product?

If you received a product that is not the right size or color, you can exchange it. It's no problem at all. You can simply return your items directly to us without contacting us. Please include an invoice, packing slip, or note clearly stating your address. Please also indicate which product you would like to exchange the returned item for.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and refund the outstanding amount to your account. This will be done automatically and is handled by the payment platform Mollie. We always do this within 14 business days. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service for proper processing.

Note:
If a package is refused or not picked up at a service point, it will automatically be returned. In that case, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This only applies if the return is not the result of an error on our part.

Payment

Can I pay later?

Yes, this is now possible! From the moment we launch our new webshop, you can pay later with Klarna. Please note: the minimum amount for “pay later” is €25. If your order is less than €25, you will not be able to select Klarna Pay Later at checkout. More information about Klarna can be found on their website: Klarna.com.

How can I pay?

You can easily pay for your online order using common payment methods: iDEAL | Wero, Visa, PayPal, IBAN, Bancontact, Klarna, and Mastercard.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices on the website sokken-online.nl include 21% VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately on the invoice.

For orders over €59, we cover the shipping costs. For orders under €59, the following shipping costs apply:
